What Do We Do?

Our Corporate Wellness sessions and programs are designed specifically for busy professionals and are scientifically proven to reduce stress, boost mental clarity, and increase overall well-being, all through the simple act of mindful breathing and connection exercises.

Our workshops blend breathwork, meditation, and connection exercises to provide an immediate reset for both mind and body, delivered in a way that seamlessly fits into busy corporate environments.

Each session can be delivered in-office, at an off-site retreat, or virtually.

Authentic Connection

At Uplift, we understand the importance of fostering meaningful connections in the workplace. Uplift was created to provide a platform that allows ancient well-being techniques to interact with the modern work environment. We are aware that workplaces are fast-paced and constantly moving, and that stress and burnout have become all too common. Our program is designed to provide our clients with tools that fit seamlessly into this, ensuring that the Uplift program is beneficial beyond our immediate sessions.

Individualise

We understand each client has different strengths, weaknesses, and goals. By actively creating channels for effective communication between ourselves and our clients, we are able to develop an individualised program that aligns with the company's values and desires.

The client-specific approach to our program enables Uplift to fit seamlessly into each workplace and ensures our program reverberates across the company.

Bottom-Up Approach

At Uplift, we teach techniques that target changes in peoples' physiology, brain waves, and breathing rhythms. Using techniques such as Breathwork and Meditation, individuals are shifted into a different state physiologically, which has an immediate and direct influence on mental clarity and emotional stability. By shifting the body's physiology to induce mental benefits (bottom or 'body' up approach) we are able to induce well-being in real-time.
